| This is really a pub that needs a facelift. It is one of those pubs where the same old regulars gather around the bar and when you walk in, everyone looks at you. It is scruffy and tired and in fact, everyone I know in Highcliffe would not touch it with a bar-pole. The owners need to get their act together, see that Highcliffe is changing, and that pubs like Napoleons are a thing of the past. In fact, how do they survive? It really is dire.
