| There used to be a Moon and Sixpence in Wardour Street, London (I think - HolbornBoy would recall better than I), which wasn't a bad pub given that it was a chain establishment. My god what a contrast this place is; I wouldn't say the 'poms' are in any way the problem - in fact they probably lend it an air of class - but lord this place appeared barely civilised the night we were there. From pissy beer to verbose swearing Sheilas with rears the size of small countries to sticky tables and potentially violent bar room games this is a place to be afforded a wide berth. Perth is such a pleasant 30 something town but why oh why can't they sort the pubs out? And then sort the out the officious police - get a job, mate! DarkManoeuvres - 26 Jul 2010 15:16 |

| perth is a bloody desert when it comes to decent boozers.believe me ive spent a huge part of my life there. but!!!! this place is great on a sunny day(most days in perth) to watch the world go by & listen to all the tourists views on the city. millym - 26 Jul 2003 21:24 |
