| �2.80 for a small bottle of Woodpecker cider seemed a real rip off here, especially considering that it was served by a barmaid who was more interested in playing the fruit machine. Cottage IPA, Hancocks HB and Greene King Abbot Ale were the three real ales on offer. A fourth handpull was unused. The pub stands proudly overlooking the village green in Braunston.
