| Recently had a weekend in Wigan and was pleased to see that this pub had re-opened; it had been closed on our previous visits to the town. Staff and customers were friendly and there was a group playing on the Saturday night. Had a decent range of well kept ales. alehippy - 8 Nov 2013 23:57 |
| Was wary but it's OK .. friendly staff and from what I remember the beer was nice. It's another of those large empty spaces Wigan pubs which hasn't suffered from being done up too much.. makes the interior rather empty and cold, but it's fun.
