| Wow! New owners have made this pub work. A limited (freshly cooked?) menu - but reasonably priced. Good choice of different beers, again reasonably priced. And right on the riverbank. Just as we were leaving , the landlord asked if we were going to wait for the bore. I've seen big bores before and this was only a 1* bore but it was still amazing to see the big wave and water flowing uphill. Best of all - no big crowds on the bank and no surfers on the river.
