| I remember a splendid old landlady who rejoiced in the name of Alice Tether who used to run this place. | Used this pub a couple of times now since moving back to the area. Food is very good value and the atmosphere was quite relaxing on our last visit. Only downside is the landlady seems to enjoy her daily tipple a lot more than the punters and has an 'I don't care attitude'.
