| A nice enough pub, situated in the middle of lovely Bridestowe, but in truth the White Hart was looking a little forlorn on my last visit. With the tv blaring, next to no one about to bounce conversation off, and a bored-looking, though polite enough, youngster behind the bar, it all felt just a little underwhelming. Nice to see a guest beer (an Orchard Ale from Otter) on offer alongside the usual suspects, though, and the cider selection looked better than average, with three draught tipples available from Crediton's Sandford Orchards. plymouthpirate - 8 Oct 2013 13:06 |
| A good village pub. Popped in a couple of times in recent months when passing on the nearby A30. Pub has one main bar which always seems to have a few locals in it and larger room which seems mainly used for food. A choice of a couple of beers plus lagers, seemed to be well kept.
