| Four real ales were available including a lovely refreshing golden ale from Sambrooks straight from the barrel. The menu consists of classic British dishes and I had the lamb hot pot followed by the Bread & Butter pudding at a cost of £15. The portions were large and the food was delicious which may explain why the pub was doing a god trade on a Tuesday evening. Staff were pleasant. | Visited in April 2010, pleasant pub, crowded even though it's seemingly in the middle of nowhere. Went for a meal on a Friday night, but couldn't eat as they were fully booked.
