| It had a while to settle down after the refit......and really it's just OK. I couldn't spend a whole night in there. The staff are very nice but the owner/licencee can often be seen lurking around at the end of the bar scowling at all and sundry. Very off-putting. It's not a particularly friendly pub. The beer is just OK - no food. On Thursday nights (I think) there is Karaoke, which you simply must go to watch for the sheer comedy value.
