Something of a haven in the middle of a high rise council estate. Don't be deterred - it really is a good pub. Although I seemed to be the youngest person when I visited on the night of 22/11/2002. This pub attracts locals and visitors from outside the town, and everyone is friendly - especially "Jersey Dave" who showed me the way there on an A-Z then turned up later for a pint. Go there!
