| The Britannia has much, much more to offer than most other pubs in the area and we return everytime we are fortunate to be in the area. Staff are always friendly and accomodating and the food is fantastic everytime. Our children love the garden and play areas plus the live sports shown on their 5 screens. My partner & I love the lounge area for its comfort and peacefulness and have to say that the recently added seperate Waves Restaurant is just wonderful. | I felt the food was overpriced, 7quid for a very small prawn 'baguette'. The Tribute ale was mediocre. Staff seemed friendly enough, although some of the customers were of the whopper variety.
