| Booked for NYE dinner. Waiter was exceptionally rude. Asked for the manager to complain, who was also rude and aggressive and suggested I'd over reacted and it was my fault not his staff. | The door staff were annoying several customers. I saw someone take a photo of a member of door staff and he grabbed her phone and threatened to call the police. I personally found one member of the bar staff to be incredibly rude when our order increased on the arrival of two friends. At least two barmen had a very poor knowledge of simple cocktails - even those on the menu. The bar manager was completely ineffective. Incredibly, the service was appalling on several levels. | This place is pretty cool. It looks great and the staff are all really friendly. The 2 4 1 cocktail deal is excellent value, as normally 241 cocktails taste rubbish, but these are really good.
