| The Prince Arthur is a very rare thing in London. It is a pub that was closed for some years but unlike so many others it has reopened as a pub. To cut a long story short, Hackney has some very good housing stock in the immediate area so the client�le of the Arthur are often from the more money/fashion-than-sense brigade. The pub quiz on a Monday is good fun too and I enjoyed a couple of pints of Mad Goose from the Purity Brewing Co. | This is a great little pub in the backroads of Hackney. A really beautiful old place. They have some excellent beers and ales, and some very tasty food too. Worth popping in if you're down this way. Treevesy - 12 Feb 2010 18:16 |
