| Decent ye olde worlde pub with a couple beers straight from the barrel - Doombar was one and they were both well kept. Pub must be popular as the marquee for the overspill was fully occupied. | i have been to this pub a few times. its a lovely pub. but when i went there once i saw what looked like the publican yelling, almost abusing the young australian girl who was behind the bar. i thought it was disgusting. he pretty much fired her on the spot in front of the customers who were in there. i have never gone back after that. he seemed to be a grumpy old man. oldmate - 21 Dec 2009 15:30 |
