Pleasant enough pub, reasonable pint of Horizon only spoilt by a couple of very noisy children. ellisref - 13 Mar 2016 09:23 |
The pub looked like it has a set of loyal customers, they all seemed to be enjoying themselves, we had good beer but we wanted to eat so we sat in the back room and the food was excellent "pub grub" the ham was cut thickly and my ham egg and chips was filling and tasty. mikecterry - 19 Apr 2015 22:36 |
Re-opens 15th October after much needed refurb! Honeybadger - 3 Oct 2013 08:46 |
Located in the heart of Warminster High Street, the Old Bell is an unusual pub internally with a horseshoe bar serving what were once a series of rooms. 3 Wadworth real ales were on during my visit (6X, IPA and Wadworth Strong in the Arm which was a distinctive Amber coloured bitter but quite hoppy). Sky sports rather dominates pub on TVs but quite a few local lads and contractors in, most eating off the cheap and cheerful pub menu. 6/10. Mainly a younger crowd but everyone was pleasant and well behaved. 6/10 SotonAleDrinker - 15 Feb 2011 19:44 |
A boisterous youngsters pub in the town centre, has 3 Wadworths real ales, I was there on a friday eve, probably does nice food at lunch time! justdarkbeer - 1 Feb 2009 20:24 |
