| This pub is quite a nice area and is quite nice on the inside and outside. We ordered the guest lees beer which was off,the girl asked what was wrong with it so she got told it tasted sour and smelt like vinegar. Unsure what to do we said can you swap it which she did, but on leaving the bar she asked one of the regulars to taste the off beer. A loud urgh told her we was telling the truth! Note for barmaid don't question just replace plus turn the pump clip around so no other person has to suffer the same fate. Anyway the food is good but on the pricey side for what you get. | Very disappointed with both the staff (unfriendly) and the food. My medium rare steak was well done and very dry, the chips tasted like they had been fried in weeks old oil and there was no veg at all on the plate. Poor value for money at �12.95.
