| Whenever I've used this pub, I've found the staff to be friendly and the Stella to be good (I've been in some pubs where it tastes like it has been watered down). Although I appreciate the site is about drink, as an aside the food is also very good. warrior_123 - 29 Apr 2011 16:08 |

| The pub before the current owners took it over was a complete dump! It is now the most friendly, well run place in the village, even area! I am biased though as I work here, but it is such a different place to what it was before. Since the smoking ban we have created a fantastic garden with PATIO HEATERS!!!! You wont find anything like that anywhere else in the village! Our food is amazing, so varied to suit everyone! We were even voted Pub of the Day by Time 106.6 FM! Any comments are welcome, but anyone who has anything bad to say about this place is insane, all you need to do is open your eyes and see this is the best pub in the area, good food, good beer and great company!
