| Perhaps the most miserable landlord I have ever encountered. Not a please, thank you or anything. Stood behind the bar in a pink shirt stuffing his face with a sandwich. People came in asking if food was still being served, he just turned away, went to the kitchin and came back "yes". Nothing else at all. | A nice village pub with plenty of character, horse brasses and what-not. It has its own brewery on site and the beers are of good quality, and of course are in tip top condition. The pub does food, but alas I've not had the opportunity to eat here yet, but it certainly looks good, and judging by the empty plates is well received. Worth a look if you're in the area.
