Very hit and miss pub. Can be decent yet can be unbearable at times. Ales are so-so and staff can be standoffish sometimes too. Not always on my calling points. Saving points? Cheap and Sky Sports! ng10 - 11 Aug 2011 10:07 |
Not a bad pub, reasonable selection of beer at a reasonable price. Can get busy at times! Roberttherailway - 5 Apr 2009 19:37 |
Tries hard to compete with two nearby JDW establishments. The beer is cheap and generally well kept and there's usually a pretty good crowd and good atmosphere. 8100bob - 1 Mar 2009 17:05 |
Good friendly pub & staff. The only thing missing was Scottish Malt Whisky. xh558 - 18 Mar 2008 16:47 |
