| Ignore the comment from 2009. This place is under new management. I was staying nearby last week (15 August) and had three delightful meals there with my family. Sean and Candi couldn't do enough for us especially as my daughter required gluton free food. This was served without a problem. The Bugati Inn is a place which I will return to. | Under new owners it is a great place to stop, for lunch, for dinner or in fact to use as a venue. Great food and drink and served by exceptionally nice landlord and landlady. Used for a reception recently and could not have been happier with everything. Highly recommend people to stop by. Lovely gardens, peaceful and spacious. Can not fault a thing. | I took a group of walkers to the Bugatti Inn, Gretton today. One of the group chose lamb shank, which turned out to be cold with red meat in the middle. We complained and it was replaced but the meal was not very nice and the vegetables tastless. The general quality of the food was not high and some of us commented on this when paying. The manager waited until the last one of us had paid before saying to her that we were not the kind of people he wanted in his pub and he did not give a sh** what we thought. Needless to say we will never be going back and will discourage our friends and acquaintances from visiting. This kind of comment is not acceptable. annem - 21 Jun 2009 20:28 |
