| Time for an update, I think. Obviously this pub is no longer smoky, due to the smoking ban. In fact, it is a well-kept, friendly and clean local, with 3 ales (Tetley's, Landlord and Golden Pippin). The multiple rooms layout has now been opened out into one bar with definite 'areas'. The Tetley's was in good condition, the food menu looked good (for another visit) and there is even B & B, which could be a thought on another visit also.
