| Another set of " For Sale / To Let " signs up on this Pub nowdays, only saw them today, so don't know how long they have been there, but its a sad state of affairs that SO many of Swansea's Pubs are in decline, and in the same state of limbo as this once famous Pub...... | Seems I may have written this Pub's obituary in my last comment here, as I arranged to meet an old friend in here this Friday, only to be told that the last Tenants left over the weekend, and the Pub is now closed again, and has now been sold, and its not going to be a Pub anymore, so they had no future there. | Well, I've been told this Pub is up and running again and " Under New Management " which seems to be a constant thing nowdays. How long it will stay open though is anyone's guess, in fact I'm amazed its still a Pub, as its closed more often than its open, and that usually means it gets sold, and turned into Flats....... | Looks like the latest Owners / Licensee's have lost interest in this Pub already, seems to be closed most Days, and talking to a couple of people that live locally, they sometimes open at about 5pm, even on weekends, so it looks like this Pub will be closed again soon, as it certainly isn't very popular nowdays.......
