| There used to be many, many pubs like this but we took them for granted and now they have gone. A rather scruffy frontage conceals an immaculately clean and smart interior with polcihed woodwork and ceramic tilework. Don't imagine a Victorian palace - i woul dguess the interior is post war - but this really took me back to my youth and I felt really at home here.
