Wonderful pub in quiet village. Warm welcome from bar staff. Larger main bar includes pub sports with dart board and pool table, with another room to the side. 4 good beers available Flack Manor, Longdog and Otter were all in excellent condition. Well worth the detour to find this have and enjoyed so much we went back again the following evening as well.

Cycled there to visit the "Beer festival" advertised only to be informed that they had run out of beer vouchers and were waiting for more so could not sell any of the festival beer.
It was suggested I wait half an hour, I had a better idea and went elsewhere. Such incompetence is inexcusable.

Worth a visit for the beer alone..not a Walworths pub anymore (freehouse) & offers a really good selection of beer at comparatively good prices. Locals seem friendly & this pub has definitely changed for the better .

Friendly no-frills village local, and for this I rated this pub the best in the local area. During our visit, the locals were all keenly watching Southampton's visit to Wembley to play Carlisle on the small TV. Four real ales were on - Wadworth Strong in the Arm & Henry's IPA, Manns St George & the Dragon and Clatford Nameless. Cider was Stowford Press. A pub I would happily go back to.

Changed hands very recently - what a difference! Good traditional pub favourites on the menu and home-made too. The real ales are well kept with guest beers adding to the variety. The new tenants have certainly put this pub back on the "must visit" list.
