| I visited with friends last night. One of my friends ordered a Pizza which was never received. When this was raised with staff after waiting over 45 minutes the response was that it had been given out (obviously to the wrong person) and that a replacement pizza would be provided. After another wait of 45 minutes the pizza finally arrived, but only after staff were reminded again. This whole delay made us all late for an event we were working at that evening. When we complained about this poor service we were accused of having had the original pizza and made to feel like liars who had tried to get a free pizza. I would add that the pizza when it arrived was a rip-off, a pathetic effort with hardly any toppings, for which they were charging £1 per topping.
