Aspley Guise is a very nice village. But, this pub and the whole street it sat in have been converted to flats/houses. blue_scrumpy - 3 Dec 2019 20:36 |
When I was there the place was being done up. The public bar is clean and bright (the Saloon bar was shut for work on it). The beer is marvelous. If your an ale drinker check this out. The Beer garden is big and they've got an aviary out there too. I noticed there's a field out the back with some camping facilities. Food was being served at the bar too. The main thing about this pub, was how welcome I felt. A very, very friendly place. I can't wait to go back. Curzon - 6 Oct 2010 21:01 |
