Last pub of the night - 3 ales on, couple of Marstons, one of which was EPA (poor beer this one IMHO) and a Jennings Snecklifter which is a great beer. Had the latter and it was in good form. Pub seems alright to me, pleasant enough staff. kernott1 - 13 Dec 2013 09:35 |
looks the aprt from outside but once inside it is just a bland Marston's chain type pub with bland Marston's beer. Closest pub to the station but it is only two minutes further to the Helter Skelter. anonymous - 31 May 2013 22:14 |
Worst pub in Frodsham by some distance. The new owners are rough. Loud music every night of the week, even when its empty. And full of rough people. Just wish the owners would up sticks and get a pub in an area more suited to them, Baghdad maybe? frodsham - 2 Mar 2012 14:19 |

I find this pub a joke, Karokee was on and my friend got told to stop whooing by the land lady as she was trying to enjoy herself. I think the landlady has got a huge problem with herself, if she carries on she will have no custom at all. I will not be returning to this bar again, its too rough for me. My fiance was most upset as he was shouted at across the bar and was threatened with pubwatch. A perfectly good night out was ruined when we walked in there. Lots of other places to go so wont miss it at all. Thanks for nothing Linda lindaloud - 31 Jul 2009 10:58 |
