| This is a friendly local pub, one of two in the village, and by far the better of the two. It now has a fairly spacious, open plan interior, with a 'U' shaped layout that provides various nooks and crannies. | Reasonable ale and great for if you are waiting for the Shrewsbury train - seating area out front and rail crossing barrier on road gives a 3 minute warning to drink up! Or you could just stay and get the next train. sstephan - 25 May 2006 12:57 |
