| This is an unpretentious pub on the main road through Satterthwaite a couple of miles away from the developing Grizedale Forest facilities (mountain biking, adventure playground etc). On a generally busy Easter weekend in the Lakes it was - perhaps surprisingly - not completely packed out. Beers included 2 Barngates beers and a Moorhouse.
