| This pub re-opened a week ago. I think the previous refurbishment probably spoiled this country pub. Now the pub seems to focus on food. With it being only the second day of its new existence, there were plenty of staff all eager to impress. Only 2 tables didn't have a reserved sign on them. Beers on were Notley Arms Pleasant Pheasant, St Austell Tribute & Exmoor Ale. Ok pub. But more of a restaurant than anything now. blue_scrumpy - 2 Aug 2013 19:45 |

| Please update your header, this pub is alive and kicking. We visited today and ate an excellent lunch accompanied by Tribute & Exmoor, both in great condition. The staff & landlord were pleasantly welcoming without over doing it. We could see plans were afoot for further development..letting rooms etc. Would certainly visit again if in the area & recommend seeking this place out. Heathernurse - 23 Aug 2012 19:27 |
