| Tiff's is one of the cheapest bar's in the bottom europa centre and one of the friendliest. It's owner Ellis and the bar staff really make you feel welcome. It's a welsh bar but everybody is welcome there. brian.kennedy191 - 6 Jun 2008 21:04 |
