very much the tourist haunt though the whole town is. Stuck with the house blonde and bruin though the others went for the assortment offers. Currently 3.5 euros for a 25cl glass which considering most of the brews are of the headbang variety (the 'lighter' house beer being 7%) isn't too bad. Snarling_Mallard - 13 Jun 2019 11:31 |
Check your bill when drinking here. We first tries the draft craft bar a few doors down and between us had six drinks. We were charged for eight. We then went to the main bar (this one) and had four drinks (so one each) but were charged for six. So both Camrinus outlets tried to rip us off in the space of an hour (and they were not busy). I suspect that this is deliberate. anotherpintplease - 9 Feb 2017 10:22 |
Pub No.2 on a Bruges crawl. A large establishment that feels more like a restaurant than a pub. Another extensive beer list - my friend and I enjoyed Arabier and Caracole. A nice place and I will no doubt return but it does lack that intimacy I look for in a pub. holbornboy - 1 Dec 2014 22:15 |
Another great Bruges Experience. We were lucky to get a seat at the bar at 10pm on a midweek night. I had downloaded a bruges pub walk guide which recommended a brew that is not commercially available elsewhere. It came with floaty bits - but I am sure this was by design. Did not like this place. Very busy when we called in at around 4.30 with many tables reserved for evening eating. Although a good selection of beers try Poatersgat at 8a Vlamingstraat which opens at 17.00 for an atmospheric bar. Rocky53 - 27 Mar 2013 17:42 |
