Wow. What an absolutely beautiful pub. Bit out the way but if you love Sams, well worth it. Hollow.legs - 25 Jan 2015 19:53 |
what a glorious pub. it's like stepping back in time. so many cosy little rooms and an open fire so i can imagine it being wonderful in winter. still sam smiths so still cheap. lots of our party were quaffing the ale and making appreciative noises. very nice. mph - 3 Sep 2011 20:07 |
A delightfully snug pub in the village centre. It is a Sam Smith's, so a pint will leave you with change out of 2. Small rooms and a lot of ormaments give a truly cosy atmosphere. Bus service is about 2 hourly during the day, so it's a great place for a relaxing visit at any time. BruceMasters - 18 Sep 2009 21:59 |
