| Ye gods. Visited about a month ago to see a band we particulary wanted to see. Great band, absolutely horrendous venue Table full of locals behind us had apparently been drinking since lunchtime (now 9pm) and frankly couldn't stand up. A unique experience; upon finishing each beer rather than take their empties to the bar/leave them on the table - they found a better course of action was simply to smash their glasses on the floor. We mentioned this to the landlord, who simply shrugged and muttered that they do that. One of the worst pub I have ever encountered. Should be closed immediately. anonymous - 31 Aug 2006 15:18 |
