| Suss out the gaffers first, some unusual guys have run this place (Fire + Brimstone,Money prob's an' all),was expensive foodstuff,could be a good boozer (Juke box,Football Table machine,Pool Table,Live Newer Age singers,Footie Screens etc)could make a good country sports bar. Good Gaffer & a lick of Paint/rendering & rear car park renovation & it could work quite well,it did in the 1970's 80s + 90s,why cant it again.
