| A cracking pub well frequented by (very friendly) locals. Interior is a relic from the 80s, there's a separate eating area with white table cloths and napkins folded into hats! | A seriously good pub, hugely knowledgeable staff, a well selected range of beers in a quiet country location. Large portions of( cheap) homemade food caught our attention. I would be very happy to have this as my local,well worth seeking out. 10/10. slerpy - 10 Sep 2012 21:07 |
| A gem of a pub, well off the beaten track (the nearest bus route is about 2 miles away). A good stopping off point on a cross-country walk. Well worth finding with at least 3 real ales which are changed frequently, and a warm welcome. Also has a restaurant. BruceMasters - 28 Apr 2007 22:15 |
