| Having recently moved into the village this pub was a real bonus: real pub, no food, children tolerated while dogs welcome. The price of the products means it is cheaper to drink in the pub than at home! The Sam Smiths Stout being particularly good and in November 09 still only �1.85 per pint. I was paying over �3 for Guinness before I came. There is an open fire in the lounge, a games room and a pool room with a large garden. Quoits are played in the summer months. Shame of it is that the dog friendly Child tolerant landlord Kenny is off back to Scotland at the start of December.
