| New landlords for the pub recently. Food is now back on the scene and becoming very popular with families especially Sunday lunch. Still darts, bar billiards, aunt sally etc. available along with (too many) machines. Pool in the garden anyone?? ;0) Good atmosphere in the bar and gets very busy at weekends. | Nice looking building in peaceful village. Large sized garden, play equipment in poor condition. Pub was empty when we visited April '09. Ales were Greene King IPA & Abbott's. Not great beer at the best of times, but this was below par. halfpiste - 15 Apr 2009 22:48 |
