| This pub lacks real ale and thus we were forced to drink Youngers Tartan Special and Belhaven Best before retreating to glasses of the house red wine. Whilst the staff were very friendly, the food was very ordinary and expensive for it (macaroni cheese for �7, a small steak and ale pie in a dish with a recently added puff pastry lid for �8).
