| As stated below, a proper rural pub some way out of Eccleshall. Well worth the visit though; an absolute country gem with as good a beer range as you'll see anywhere - Joules, Titanic (great) and Bass. | Having it listed under Eccleshall is a bit of a misnomer as it is actaully at Copmere End some 2 miles away. There is a bus once a week on a Saturday which literally drops you outside the door (literally as in three steps from bus in to pub). Excellent pint of Titanic Anchor. It seems to mix drinkers and diners without compromising the pub feel. A little parochial though in a nice (rather than cliquey) way. anonymous - 4 Oct 2009 11:03 |
