| It's been a while since we were in this town but it was worth visiting this surprisingly busy, family-run pub on Friday lunchtime. The Wye Valley HPA was in good condition and the falafel baguettes could almost have been shared. | Decent real ale although last time I went only had 2 pale ales, think the other was off. Decent atmosphere but landlord can seem a little bit grumpy sometimes which can spoil it. Lovely woodburner and dog. matt33 - 5 May 2007 20:12 |
