| We took some Belgian and Dutch guests here and they loved it, and they can be hard to please! We had lovely food (steaks were fab) and were greeted warmly by the staff an regulars. If you get the chance, check out the toilets, the decor is great. We will definitely be back, and so will our friends next time they are in England. | New landlords- Ozzie chef and Cockney landlady - wonderfully eccentric decor. Has a real pub feel to it, but the food is definitely a cut above. We had top of the range 28 day matured Angus Aberdeen steak, and chef knows how to do blue rare - very rare indeed in England! Locally made desserts.
