| Went here today for lunch. Not too busy so thought we'd be able to get served quickly. Ordered food 3 ploughmans and a burger as we didn't have too much time. After 40 mins asked where food was and were told it was on the way, 10 mins later still not arrived. once arrived had got half the order wrong so complained for a second time and correct order brought out after 5 mins! 3 other tables in the restaurant also had to wait nearly an hour as well. Food was ok but can't do a bad ploughmans!!! Don't go here if you're in a rush. Can't comment on what cooked food was like. Staff pleasant enough but not great customer service. | We visited this pub for dinner on a friday evening and the food was very good. The staff we very attentive. We visited a second time for Sunday lunch and was disappointed that the standard was not as good as our first experience. We will try a third time. The pub has a lovely garden.
