If youre feeling a bit peckish Im stumped as to what could possibly be better than stumbling into a pub/curry house like this one. There are projector screens and plasmas and although I saw no sport advertised it would be a bit of a waste of funds buying all the screens if they dont have Sky Sports. The staff have the usual Indian hospitality and the authentic rube-atorium music is piped into the bar along with some great aromas. There is only a selection of standard draught, although I would expect no more as this place serves its purpose well, although I wouldnt go there just for a drink. Strongers - 22 May 2009 12:04 |
overpriced, and better indian pub joints in the area, clean, not bad for a lunch LOCALBEERMONSTER - 31 Dec 2008 12:21 |
Overpriced Indian food & drink but a nice family place to dine. Edgware is rubbish on the whole. This place is at least not a sh*t hole as the place was previously. anonymous - 26 Feb 2007 11:51 |
OH NO!!! Don't tell me this is the once GREAT BEEHIVE! How times have changed,To be fair I can't comment on what this place is like now so give it a try but this was THE ROCKIN ROLLIN HUB of Edgware. Ok in the 70s/80s it's reputation was a bit Iffy but thats what made it "THE PLACE" It had guts, The bands, the bikes, the occasional disagreement outside after hours............What memories now Edgware has F**K ALL it is a souless empty plot of land.....How sad..
