Converted into an Islamic centre . Unlikely to serve beer.

Not sure it is open, it doesn't look like it on my travels past it so I would check and the link isn't working.

This venue appears to be closed, or in the process of refurbishment.

I recently had a very disappointing visit to The Telegraph in Brixton. After paying 7 to enter (which was not a problem as I had gone to see a friend play in his band and was quite looking forward to it), the girl on the door was rather rude to me for no apparent reason.
I then waited at the bar for a good 20 minutes to be served. I felt I was purposely ignored as the bar staff looked over a number of times and then served other (younger) customers time and time again, even though I had been waiting for longer. In any other bar I would have walked out by now, but was determined to see my friend play so stuck it out.
Eventually I ordered my drinks, and was told they could not serve me as I had no ID. I would have taken this as a compliment (I am 30), however after the extremely poor service I had had so far, I doubt this was their intention!!
After demanding my money back, I left and shall not be returning.
