hi i happen to agree with maggie 27 as i am her husband cos i also visited the pub around the same time true there is a busy crossroads right out side this pub but it also provides extra entertainment besides whats going on inside, its like being at brands hatch or santapod raceway but it is all good clean fun if you want to see the locals basicly making fools of themselfs the evening within is bbrilliant you got karaoki you got football on upto three screens you got soaps on another screen or justsit and have a drink they even got true english beers available all chilled to perfection what more could a full blooded englishman ask for in another country and as for an irish bar it is not could,nt be further from the truth this pub is ran by a greek cypriot and his wife who comes from liverpool and an englishman from lancashire and his wife who comes from geordieland so how could that be an irish pub maggie27 - 15 Apr 2006 17:30 |
i think ur comment about this pub is incorrect, i went to cyprus last year and found this pub to be the best out of the lot of them there had friendly staff and the owners were brilliant there even let me and husband watch big brother live when there had no plans to show this on the evening, in my eyes that is customer satisfaction at its best, also while that was on there still had the regular karoke, and also footy, everyone was happy watching their own thing, lynn does the karoke brilliant and is the best out of the other karoke pubs around, maggie27 - 15 Apr 2006 17:02 |
A very small "Irish" bar, located in a particularly unfortunate location on a busy road crossroads. Seems to absorb the traffic noise a lot more than the other places nearby, and there are many better places to drink to be honest. TheGP - 12 Jun 2005 14:52 |
