| Started to use this pub a few months back and have been most Fridays early in the evening, while waiting to pick up my son. Its a great local pub whose regulars, once you've been in a couple of times, are happy to chat and bar staff who remember what you drink. Yes, there are TVs and kids are allowed, but that just makes it popular with everyone and probably means this local will survive and not become a supermarket. The Courage Best is fine and occasionally there are even free sausages and chips on the bar, but keep them out of reach of the pub dog, a large black lab :-) Cothamcodger - 31 Mar 2015 12:07 |
| Not too bad. Quite friendly, if you like lots of footie on the tv. Families and kids in there all the time. Some outdoor space. Beer ok. There are MANY worse in Kingswood! CandS - 26 Sep 2010 15:38 |
