As of Feb 2011 pub seems to be closed - shame was a good place to play darts Chunkyetti - 10 Feb 2011 14:08 |
great London darts venue, good boards, great staff. Funny tho, that ARRYaRROWS seems to knock everypub but his own, the shithole round the corner...funny that huh? anonymous - 16 Sep 2010 15:46 |
An avid darts player, I have decided to comment of all the Pubs I have played in recently. The Board is in reasonable nick, but the throw itself if terrible, more than once I nearly hit someone returning from the loo. I have heard there are Match Boards upstairs though I have no idea what they are like as it was closed off. Cheap though very uninspiring ale and as has been said previously, the glasses could do with throwing away. Cheer staff, which given the general state of the place is hard to believe. Another venue which does not inspire a return visit. ArryArrows - 8 Jun 2010 13:54 |
Went here has one pint of Strungbow was nearly sick when I see the state of the glass, it looked like it had been washed in the tailet down the pon. ScotchHarry9999 - 18 Jun 2009 11:59 |
I hadn't been into the Scarborough Arms (or the Scab's as we call it) for about a year till this week. Wow what an improvement, it looks great, the food is amazing (biggest portions I've seen in any pub) and a great pint. Above all it's a nice place, great atmosphere - very friendly. The old bar maids are back and remember everyone and the new manager is a great laughop man and seems to have turned the place around and back to it's best. I'll be back without a doubt Tonythebeerdrinker - 26 Apr 2009 11:42 |
