| Lovely little community pub in the idyllic area of Bradshaw. Ample seating in main bar area with two TVs. Smaller room at the front of the pub and plenty of benches in the front beer garden. I had the Mancunian by Brightside Brewery which was spot on. A light coloured hoppy ale on a warm sunny day goes down a treat. Beer festivals held on Bank holiday weekends. Also do bar meals which seemed reasonably priced, although I didn't eat. 507 bus journey from Bolton town centre only takes 15 - 20 minutes. Highly recommended. realalerules1983 - 19 Jul 2015 16:53 |

| What a transformation. Recently refurbed with a good range of cask ales which supplement the regular Holts and John Smiths bitters. There is live music Thursdays and Sundays and pub food menu which includes pizzas and curries. This dog friendly pub with its log fire and friendly staff has once more become a popular local. | Going from strength to strength, good solid choice of ales (one is still Dirty Holts though!). Locals are friendly enough, big plans for when the smoking ban kicks in I believe. chrisyd - 2 Jun 2007 21:31 |
