What a wonderful pub! Fantastic views, welcoming open fire as soon as you walk in, really good food. We had Gammon & chips and a Lamb Curry, portions were very generous and the Lamb curry just melted in your mouth with awesome flavours. Limited beer choice but some nice drinks available. Definately worth a visit, they welcome families, walkers and have disabled access and two car parks. rachelemma - 30 Dec 2007 15:53 |
Superb views up through the Aire Valley to the Yorkshire Dales, as well as the moors surrounding Colne and Earby. If there's a pub with better views in the country, I'd like to know. Nice pub this. Decent food, well priced. Central real fire keeps you all warm when the clouds come in, the view vanishes and the wind and rain hold forth..... anonymous - 3 Oct 2005 12:54 |
